Buffalo Bills star RB Fred Jackson, and co-host Bob Koshinski, welcomed former Bills Hall of Fame quarterback Jim Kelly to "The Fred Jackson Show" Monday night LIVE at 7p.m. on WBBZ-TV, Your Hometown Television Station.
Could we be looking at "Coach" Jim Kelly in the future? The former Bills Hall of Fame quarterback laid out some interesting strategies for our hometown team when he visited "The Fred Jackson Show" Monday night. He commented that current quarterback Kyle Orton is doing a good job, but there is more room to grow in the offense of the team.
He talked about running strategies that he and Thurman Thomas played out, and said he would have loved to been on a team with a player like Jackson.
He gave us an update on his health, telling Bob Koshinski he is feeling fine – and will be happy to finally enjoy a steak dinner at Russell's Steaks Chops, and More now that he has battled back from his mouth cancer. When asked about what he talked about at the Bills/Broncos game, and his sideline conversation with John Elway in Denver, Kelly commented that he was catching up with his friend. Kelly and Elway played in each other's golf tournaments over the years.
